Our clients include Fortune 500 companies such as Hewlett Packard and Molex, SGX-listed companies such as UIC, Keppel Land, LKN-Primefield (now known as HLG Enterprise Limited) and PNE Industries.
We also represent Marina Centre Holdings Pte Ltd which developed 3 hotels and a shopping centre at Marina Square and for which David has been the solicitor since prior to the completion of their construction more than 20 years ago. At the time of its construction, Marina Square was the largest development project of its kind in Singapore. As the solicitor for the development, David drafted the joint venture agreements that Marina Centre Holdings Pte Ltd had with its international partners and consultants.
