David is the managing partner.  He is also the Head of the Firm’s Corporate and Conveyancing Practice.  He has practised law for 35 years.  He obtained his degree of Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Singapore in 1968 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in October 1972 after completing national service. 

David is a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths.  His areas of specialty are Banking, Corporate and Commercial Law, Civil Litigation, Probate and Trust Law and Land Law. 

He spent many years as a litigation lawyer before concentrating on solicitor’s work which involves mainly banking, corporate work and land Law. He continues to handle major litigation work from time to time.
