Kok Yeow is Head of Intellectual Property and Probate / Trusts Practice.  He obtained his degree of Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Manchester in 1986 and is a Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple).  He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in July 1987.  He was admitted to the Singapore Bar in June 1988 and has practised law for 20 years.  He has been a partner of the Firm and its predecessor, De Souza Tay & Goh, since 1991.  He is a Member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.

Kok Yeow’s areas of specialty are Intellectual Property Law, Probate and Trusts Law, Civil Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law.
