Jason is the Head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice.  He was admitted to the Singapore Bar in October 1983 and has been an advocate and solicitor for the past 24 years.  Jason obtained his B.A. (Law) (Hons) in 1980 and his Master of Laws in 1981 from University College London.  He is also a Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn), having been called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1982.  Before joining the Firm on 1 April 2008, he was a partner with Michael Khoo & Partners.

Jason is a Notary Public.  He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitration (since 1999), and he is an appointed arbitrator of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the Singapore Panel of Arbitrators – ICC International Court of Arbitration.  His areas of speciality are Civil and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration.
